How do I place an order?

Zorii Cosmetics can only be found at local Pop-Ups and purchased on our website, Orders will not be accepted over the phone. Click here to see where Zorii will be next.

Payment & Shipping

  • Payments: We accept payments via Credit Card and PayPal in US Dollars only. PayPal allows customers to pay using their credit and debit cards, PayPal account balances, and bank accounts securely without sharing your personal information. Please be sure your billing and shipping address match your card to avoid delays.

  • Please note PayPal” E-Check” payments take an additional 5 business days to process. PayPal will not allow us to ship your order until they verify your payment has cleared.

  • Shipping: All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. For Standard 3 Day Shipping: Orders must be placed by 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day otherwise it will be processed the next business day.

Packages do not ship on the following holidays (UPS orders only): New Year’s Day Martin Luther King Jr. Day President's Day Memorial Day 4th of July Labor Day Thanksgiving Christmas
  • Tracking Orders: When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail.


Does Zorii Cosmetics offer a PRO Discount for Makeup Artist?

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Zorii Cosmetics will gladly accept exchange of products purchased from

Returns & Refunds:

We do not give credits. All sales are final. Returns on damages products will no longer be accepted.

Exchange Item(s) Request Steps:

Due to COVID-19, we are no longer accepting exchange request. If an item is damaged please follow the steps below. Each request will be approved on a case by case bases.

  • Photographic evidence must be included in your email whether items are damage or not.

  • Send images via email to within 2 days of confirmed delivery date. Subject Line: Exchange Request

  • Include your First, Last Name and Order # in the email.

  • Please ensure the image is clear so we can identify the condition of the product before it’s returned.

  • Fill out an Exchange Item(s) Request Form. Click here to fill form.

Processing Info:

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for a reply.

  • Zorii Cosmetics will send you an Exchange Request Receipt including the Return Address.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.

  • Item(s) must be received within 7 days from Echange Request Receipt.

  • Once products have been received and inspected you will receive an email indicating whether your request has been approved.

  • If approved, please allow 5-10 Business days for items in stock to be exchanged.

  • Please allow 3- 4 weeks for backorders to process. You will be notified if items are available or on back order.

  • We reserve the right not to accept any exchange for any reason.


  • Products must be in their original and respective packaging. Unused with seals intact.

  • Used and unsealed product will not be approved for exchanged.

  • Emptied or refilled item(s) will not qualify for an exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. We do not give credits.

All sales are final.

At Zorii Cosmetics we value our clients’ satisfaction and provide a quality product. In order for us to continue and maintain a high level of customer service coupled with exquisite products, we ask that you please include the reason for exchange as well as the original order number in your email.

Why was my order shipped signature required?

If an order is over $100 or $100 or more in value, Zorii Cosmetics may elect to ship the order with signature required. This is solely at Zorii Cosmetics' discretion and is done to protect the buyer's purchase.

Are Zorii Cosmetic Beauty Products Gluten Free?

Our customers health and safety is extremely important to us. We understand many people have gluten allergies and it's a serious matter. Our Gluten Free products are listed for our customers safety. Please fee free to contact us if you have additional questions.

Do you offer wholesale opportunities?

Wholesale Opportunities are available for authorized licensed individuals. All prices are wholesale and domestic trade only. Our Retail Partnership program is on an approval basis. Individuals must fill out a Retail Partnership form before being considered as a partner. New accounts will be opened at Zorii Cosmetic's sole discretion based upon market conditions and other factors deemed relevant by Zorii Cosmetics. When will I receive my pre-order or back order products?

Pre-order and back order products will ship separately once in stock. An estimated time of availability will be listed with each product.

Will I be able to track my order?

Zorii Cosmetics will send tracking details to the email that was given at the time the order was made. Be sure to check all inboxes for this information.

Any Vending Events? Where is Zorii?

Due to COVID-19 we have discontiued all future vending events, until further notice. Our primary focus is to protect our customers and the community.
